We are looking for:
Profile Option 1:
10 years experience, managed a couple of Linux projects
(appl. development, appl. porting to Linux, etc.), able to estimate and plan
projects. Knowledgeable on the Linux marketplace, good soft skills to talk
to clients, make presentations, experience in or confidence to start a
group, a lab, etc.
OR
Profile Option 2:
5-8 years experience, M. Tech CS, research or publication on
Linux, strongly believes in "free software" paradigm, hands-on technical
lead in a couple of Linux projects, up-to-date with new developments, has
tinkered with Linux kernel (the core of the OS), enthusiastic, and good
communication.
