Hi,
Firstly its GRUB (GRand Unified Boot loader) and not grup :) . To
restore it, insert your Fedora DVD/Rescue CD and boot into rescue mode.
You will be in a root shell soon.. Type the following
chroot /mnt/sysimage
grub-install /dev/sda (This installs grub onto the MBR master boot
record)
exit
System will now restart. Remove the DVD/CD and you should see grub
loading. If you run into issues, with the above method, post the
error message generated by the grub-install script and I'll get back
to you.
Note: Replace hda with sda if you are using an IDE hard disk and a
Fedora version<F7.
In F7 even if you are using an IDE hard disk use sda
If you are using a SATA/SCSI hard disk always use sda

Are you sure the linux partitions are intact after you reinstalled
