Hello, Neel Gala of the SHAKTI team will be talking about the technical
challenges they faced in designing a computer chip from scratch in Chennai,
next weekend near OMR:

SHAKTI is a completely open-source initiative to design a RISC-V chip for
India, you can download their designs from gitlab and run it in an FPGA:

We're only charging for the talk so we can get an accurate head count for the
event: email me if you can't afford it or have a problem buying the ticket and
we'll work something out.
We will be recording the talk and Q&A and putting it up online later, for those
