I need one help i am working on sftp using c++ code. If i use c++ code
in sftp any built-in libraries are there in Solaris 10 OS.
If any body knows give any sample program using c++ and sftp.

sftp is part of openssh package.
You can download packages for Solaris from their open source repository.
All GNU packages are ported to Sun Solaris.
It is ages since I worked on this platform.
