We are talking about ilugc which stands for Indian Linux User Group - Chennai

1. Chennai in the name leads to posts in Tamil.
2. Indian in the name leads to request to post in other Indian
languages (including Urdu)

3. 'Linux User Group' leads to the Linux Users all over the world, including
the above said language people.
