[Ilugc] Switching to Arch from Ubuntu

Debian? ?It does have all the desktops starting from minimalist all
the way to GNOME and KDE. ?Other options are CentOS (binary compatible
with RHEL), openSUSE.
XFCE seems to be a good bet for a lightweight window manager and
Enlightenment e17 for a snazzy and snappy desktop environment.
