[Ilugc] Tamil Phonetic Typing in Fedora‏

Hi All !
I made a small tweak as suggested by Sag Kavin in the iBus settings and finally 
got it working. I had the custom font option checked, that had created all the 
problems. Thanks Arun Prakash, Arun SAG and others for helping me out !
