I am sick and tired of my valuable bandwidth being
wasted by this Sriram Krishnan. Whenever anybody talks
about Microsoft he pops up and starts a flame war.
It might have sounded like a flame war to you, but to a lot of us, its
merely a learning experience. Personally, I have nothing against Sriram or
his ideologies.. Like they say - "Different folks, different strokes", but
at times it is also important for us to know about ourselves and about our
beliefs and ideologies not from those who appreciate us or our beliefs - but
by our critics. I (and most of us here) have something against either
Microsoft or _commercial_ software in general... but by our critics we get
to learn how we are better off and what we stick lack.
By most of these discussions, we get to learn how to defend in what we
believe from those who dont.
On behalf of the silent majority I request Mr.Prabu to kick this
gentleman off the list.
That would be too harsh a treatment... he is like you and me, after all,
just that he's trying to defend his ideologies.
Cheers,
