[Ilugc] Tips of the day (Controlling login abilities)

Controlling login abilities should means controlling the user accounts.

To restrict a user from logging in, LOCK it

passwd -l <username>

It will still show Login incorrect ;)

to unlock it,

passwd -u <username>
