[Ilugc] Troubleshoot wvdial?

Airtel? I believe you have to add the line:
Init3 = AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","airtelgprs.com","",0,0
in your /etc/wvdial.conf. I'm not sure about motorola. And if not
airtel, you have to replace airtelgprs.com with you IPN for your
provider.
Secondly, why are you dialling *99***3#? Do you have multiple
connections on your mobile? Try *99#.
And yes, you have to run it as root.
