[Ilugc] Unable to install packages behind squid server in ubuntu

Hi,
If the proxy works and you can't able to install software from apt-get try
to rename the folder lists to lists.old. path= /var/lib/apt/lists.
Then run the command sudo apt-get update.
Then try to install the software from sudo apt-get install.
