Is it possible to use more than one (2) SQUID Proxy server in same network?

yes, it is possible to use as many proxy servers as you want in the
same network.

If its possible , how to use it? Please help..!!

you just need to install squid in all systems, that should act as
proxy servers and configure them accordingly.
