Dear members,
I have few ideas like
Good that you have made a start.
It will be better if we could discuss this when we
meet (on July 9) rather than keep sending e-mails to
and fro?
It would be nice for everyone to look at the venue
place before we plan our events, whether it is a big
hall or a set of classroom environments.
Screening of the movie : "THE REVOLUTION OS" (1hr)
It is 90 minutes.
Lectures on Various licencing models, patents and
the essense of FOSS.
1. We shall see the place first (if not already seen).
2. We can make a list of volunteers.
3. We can then decide on the topics.
We want to address the public, so it shouldn't be
hardcore technical stuff.
4. Assign topics to volunteers and events.
We have to _make_ sure we advertise in the papers, and
to colleges, schools. Maybe we should have an A&M
(Advertising & Marketing) team :)
Just my thoughts,
SK
