Hai All,Thanks for you offer
In the Linux User Group, You have discussed about the "Software
Freedom"
message has to reach the public. We are conducting computer
course in
Rural Village Pulivalam & Mahadanapuram a. More than 50 Students
are
learning Computers. Now the time has come to address the rural
computer
community about Software Freedom.
If any one of the organisers interested to address the rural
community on
SOFTWARE FREEDOM DAY. I will organize the session and can make
neccessary
steps to advertise the message.
I am willing for this session.
Instead of mere talk, we can additionally have
1. Freeduc CD- A customised Knoppix for educational purposes-demo
2. Linux with Tamil enabled - demo.
3. Since Linux is introduced in Plus 1 syllabus we can cover
some portions.[We can have separate sessions for teachers if req]
4. Do a live install.
You can call students and teachers in-around for this.
I am also much interested to be anti-microso$t.
It is better to be pro-freedom.
