[Ilugc] Vi & Cooments

Hi,

I added small shortcut in Vi to include comment box. If Vi is in non C 
mode the comment box is included correctly. But in C mode, comment box 
is include like this

/*
  *
   *
    */

How to correct ? Any tips ?
