Greetings,
I am aware that we can use the SIM card of say Vodaphone/Airtel using
a generic Data card with a laptop/netbook.
My question is (of course it is silly): there an application for
laptop/Netbook as the mobile instrument for making voice calls/sending
SMS?
Can skype or something like that be ear-twisted to do this?
I am OS agnostic for this question.
