[Ilugc] Whenever I plugin my headphones it plays in both headphones and speakers

I too have the same issue.
Choose System->Preferences->Sound. In the "Output" tab, choose "Audio
headphones" as the connector.
If there is an alternate way to do it automatically, please post it here.
