Either NETBEANS or ECLIPSE.
Now i am using NETBEANS.

But Eclipse is not just an IDE. It is a platform. It provides a framework
for RCP (Rich Client Platform) applications. You can write applications
which runs inside the Eclipse platform.


Netbeans is also a RCP platform.
I am currently developing a Netbeans RCP app. This is as good as the
Eclipse RCP framework.
For me, a little better because Netbeans uses Swing naively.
