[Ilugc] Wiil GRUB on Debian ETCH or FC7 dual boot WIN XP?

I dont see any reasons, why it will not. During the normal
installation, it will ask you for the dualboot options. As long as you
are careful that you dont install debian over your windows partition,
you are good.
Please google on "howto grub" [without the quotes] on more options on
how to add more operating systems to your grub menu.
