I would go in for enlightenment - well, even with a working mouse, I use it...
Has an excellent keybinding system - all wm actions and any arbitrary
shell command can be executed - there's a functional gui called
e16keyedit for this too - add `essh', the enlightenment wm shell to
this - you can go to desktop 1, launch emacs, kill any window matching
the title regexp '.*g?vim.*' ( ;) ), goto area (2,3), restore any
minimized windows, asynchronously wait for emacs to finish loading and
notify you with music of your choice - all when you press
Ctrl+Alt+G...Especially if you are a confiuguration maniac (like
making windows of one particular class focus on clicking...well, if u
have a working mouse...) and love eye candy (like a translucent image
of the window when moving it) - the E is the way to go.
One more suggestion - if your left button isn't working - may be you
could use the X config to swap your buttons - we use the left button
more than the right, right ?
