[Ilugc] Wordpress Language issue.

database for the `posts`.`post_content` table wasn't using utf8
collation.
Exactly. That's what I found out. My wordpress database tables were all in
latin_swedish. I had to change that to utf8_unicode. Had to do that to the
database, and almost every field in every table. PhpMyAdmin came to my
rescue.
