after sladp stated
than i can't created a db
[root@fully openldap-2.2.14]# /usr/local/bin/ldapadd -f
/usr/local/entries.ldif -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=example,dc=com" -w secret
error:ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)
what do i do

but my libdb-4.2.so is under
/usr/local/lib/libdb-4.2.so
cat /etc/ld.so.conf
See if /usr/local/lib/ is in there
If not, add it and run ldconfig
