[Ilugc] accessing hotmail account in evolution

hi,

can we access the hotmail account using evolution like in outlook express? 
if so how.
i tried but cloud not succeed.
whenever i shutdown my system the serivce "console mouse services " fails. 
what is
the problem and how can i rectify it.
