[Ilugc] caching more content

since my ISP limits to 500 MB transfer per month, I would like to know
the various possible ways to cache files, images, .. rather than
loading from web.

browser cache, is not 100% satisfactory .... or should I install squid
in my box?

wwwoffle could be a better solution [http://www.gedanken.demon.co.uk/wwwoffle/].
