AFAIK, in the past we have not cancelled or rescheduled
meet on
account of any parallel events (Correct me if i am
wrong).LUG meet
always tend to be a information feast and certainly a camp
for
developers, admin ,technicians and public.My request to the
admin is,
please do not disturb our standard practice of meeting on
second
saturday on account of any parallel meet, further we have
hardly 60+
days before software freedom day and we need to plan for
it.
