Does Windows ship with Python nowadays? If not, surely it is far

A VB macro for Word, perhaps? :)
how can using closed tools be better than using open tools?
Installing python in doze is trivial - and every extra foss tool that

running servers on doze - Apache2, mod_python, postgresql,
firefox ... a fifth column undermining the 'evil empire' from within.
