[Ilugc] ethnet card problem

Hi!
when i start my xserver by 'startx' the system
becomes
terrible slow.
if i disable both the cards eth0 and eth1 the system
works at is speed.
Is your system slow if you use console terminal
(F1-F6) with your ethernet cards on/active?
Are you running any servers?
Check which process is using a lot of CPU from the
output of "top":
$top
You can check the processes running from the output of
"ps"
$ps -aux
