i would like to add puppy linux also for consideration
Sidux is also a very nice variant of debian , which I have been using lately
and found it to be very food.It install in 7 minutes in a single core pc
with full kde applications.And the live cd boots faster than any other I
have tried.Sidux is debian unstable made stable.
