[Ilugc] help needed for configuring my mfd

If you had installed cups without any prefix then if u look into
/usr/share/cups/backend you should find a couple of backend programs
which transport the print job from cups to the particular device. like
usb or parallel port etc. So from what you say i guess it is telling you
to register a new backend provided with your hp driver in the backend
folder. This could mean simply copying the corresponding backend program
into the backend folder and then restart cups for it to detect the new
backed.
