[Ilugc] how to add sudo user

hi lugs,


aim using linux mint 13 i couldn't con fig ppp con fig it is showing
following error

anwar at anwar-Lenovo-G560 ~/Desktop $ sudo ppp config
[sudo] password for anwar:
anwar is not in the sudoers file.  This incident will be reported.
anwar at anwar-Lenovo-G560 ~/Desktop $
