Do you have an in-built wireless or are you using
USB-wireless or PCMCIA-based wireless cards? If yes,
which one?
I am using external wireless router its model name is NETGEAR WGR614v5.
I am using Airtel broadband connection connected through Beetel Ethernet modem,
Airtel has provided me with the following settings;
IP address:192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask:255.255.255.0
Gateway:192.168.1.1
primary DNS : 203.145.184.13
secondary DNS : 202.56.250.5
I dont know how to configure it with my wireless router,
Pls help me out,

Open a terminal and post output of:
/sbin/iwconfig -a
/sbin/lsmod
Note, you can redirect output to a file:
/sbin/lsmod > lsmod.txt
Please post the above outputs so we can have a look.
