I am facing an annoying problem now. I got some CCNA slides which are in
exe
format and which runs under internet browser. Obviously they use flash.
Now, i have been trying to run that exe program with wine. It installed
and
runs in my Firefox broswer; but it don`t open there. I mean, the only "
index.html" file opens but, when i clicks to open other files like "Ch:1"
or
"Ch:2"...then nothing happens.
What should i do? Please help me. I don`t want to use windows with this
silly matter.
The complete picture is this:
1. File name: "Exploration1.exe"
2. When i clicks on that "Exploration1.exe" file; it installed under wine
3. After that, when i again click on the "Exploration1.exe" file, it`s "
index.html" file opens under Firefox but nothing else....when i click on
some "links" there like "Chapter 1" or "Chapter 2" ... then nothing
happens.

I have an issue regarding the installation of OpenSuse10.3on
my Sony Vaio laptop(VGN-NR100 series). The details are as follows :-
Display adapter is : mobile intel 965 express cipset family
RAM: 1GB
Processor: Intel Pentium dual core@ 1.46GHz , 1.47GHz
After installation the options for screen resolution are 800x600,
640x480.The options for refresh rates are 60Hz,61Hzand56Hz. The problem is
that the the GUI does`nt cover whole of the laptop screen.How can I solve
this issue? I have installed GNOME.

Currently, we are doing an embedded linux project by using Intel D201GLY
Mini-ITX board<

We have planed to embed an Linux in DOM (Disk On Module, equivalent to
hard
disk with IDE slot<

).By fault it has existing with DOS OS. We tried to boot it from our
Mini-itx board. But the BIOS did not detected our device. This board
already
coming with latest version of BIOS. After we tried the same device in IBM
P4
PC. Now the PC booted from DOM. Its working fine without any problem.
Seems,
Mini-itx board wont support DOM module. Anyone help me, how can solve this
problem. And let me know, how to remove the existing bios and install an
another bios, like what I have in my P4 pc, if it is possible.
