Last time i read the installation docs from oracle,
it specifically stated that supported linux platforms are only rhel ,
suse enterprise and oracle unbreakable linux.

you forgot CentOS -- a binary clone of RHEL :) .

I have been shouting from the top of the roofs for a while and met
with lot of, well, negative responses.
