Yes. It is. However, the website still mentions "best
viewed in IE 5.5" heh!
So it stays on the Linux Delhi Hall of Shame[1].
BTW, Anna University has been removed from that list because someone
acted on the basis of that list, and mailed me to remove it. Impact!
