Hello,
I have a four year old PC running Kubuntu 8.04. Lately, I find that it
takes a very long time (hours) between when I power the machine on and
when the first BIOS messages show up. I have replaced the CMOS battery
to no avail. I had added a PCI audio card recently which I've also
removed. No difference.
Not sure what the problem is. Any pointers would be appreciated.
