I feel a more personal touch is needed. Those who personaly know the
people in each of the lugs please contact them personaly and sound
them out as to whether they could send representatives to the
conference so we could have a representative lug meet. (And keep
nagging them until they agree). I volunteer to approach Hyderabad and
Indore LUGs. And I'm sure we have enough Mumbai and Delhi LUG people
to volunteer for those.
