Debian developers were slogging hard over the weekend to get it released
by 6 Jun. I think that would have caused this minor but critical
mistake. I have already downloaded the images from mirrors.kernel.org
and I should consider downloading the first CD again after they fix
this. On a deployment scenario, I can't expect all sysadms to know about
this. They would assume the default behavior of debian that security uri
is always uncommented when they want it to be included during base-config.
