Wow. That's a new one. Windows through Linux. Maybe you mean, Windows on Linux.

It sure will. It will conk off your Linux Boot loader right out of the
MBR and pop in ntldr up there i think. Microsick Windoze. It's really
sick. Does not detect the presence of any other Non-MS OS on your
system and takes up your MBR without letting you know. That's what the
world's most popular proprietary OS does.
Better option would be to install Linux on Windows or put your way.
Linux through Windows.
