We are talking about ilugc which stands for Indian Linux User Group -
Chennai
1. Chennai in the name leads to posts in Tamil.
2. Indian in the name leads to request to post in other Indian
languages (including Urdu)
3. 'Linux User Group' leads to the Linux Users all over the world, including
the above said language people.
This is like kids game now, many email threads on a narrowed subject just
spoiled down the mood and vanished what the list was intending to do
for the last few days. I rarely hear "linux for humans", "device drivers", "my
mobile
not detected in fedora", "school OS", "open source software development" etc.
these
days rather only "linguistic" echo!
Just look at the valuable human hours collectively spent (from drafting to
reading
all these emails), now think of spending the same amount time in other way,
atleast
spending time on interacting the list's wish (aka) F/OSS vision with your
neighbours,
friends, fellow peers/classmates etc would have been a worthy thing than what
we did here.
It's perfect time for the moderator to step in and get things "on track" and I
hope
Shrini will do it soon.
