How to rectify

To get good help please change your habit of simply copying and
pasting the screen output. First specifiy what you were doing, the
nature of problem and then the errors. Also specify the
distribution+version you are using.

From the  error messages it is clear that gcc compiler and other
utilities like autoconf are not installed. Install gcc and other
related stuff first.
