[Ilugc] printer access from user mode

I understood you the first time.
If your user is in the lp/lpadmin group you can access a printer when not
root. If your user is in group audio, you can tweak your speaker volume,
play mp3s etc. Clear now?

iI didnt get exactly what to try here with lpadmin
I tried like this:
$ which lpadmin
/usr/sbin/lpadmin
$ls -l /usr/sbin/lpadmin
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 21668 Aug 9 2005 /usr/sbin/lpadmin
$
$lpadmin -p tempname
$
$lpadmin -p tempname -i /proc/bus/usb/004/002
Password for ravion localhost? Terminated
$
i have tried changing the file permissions with chmod +s & g+s but no useful
outputs.
Pl tell me how to try here.
