i am trying to install rpm package like clamav
in my system the yum is not working so i used the rpm packages so i trun
#rpm -ivh packagename.rpm
rpm: error while loading shared libraries: libelf.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
then how to install clam av anti virus without using rpm packages ?
pls guide me
