as you're running rblsmtpd this is a better way to go

2. Run a separate instance of qmail on port 587, and dont run rblsmtpd
on it - limit access to this qmail instance only to smtp auth'd users,
and to IPs that are in your dialup pool / LAN etc (IPs that you normally
relay for)
