[Ilugc] reg sendmail 8.12 configuration

and pops mail from our sendmail server he is able to pop mails but he is
unable to sendmails the error is "550 relaying denied".

How to enable relaying for that particular user.kindly help.

1. enable smtp auth

or

2. let him use webmail (set up squirrelmail)

or

3. let him send out mail through his local isp's smtp server
