[Ilugc] remington keyboard for ubuntu

If the layout that is expected is provided or, details provided, an
additional keyboard layout could perhaps be created. There is indeed a
proliferation of typewriter keyboard(s) which is what I think is meant
by "there are many remington keyboard types".
