Why not run memcache on all your webserver (both Web1 and Web2) instances?
This tutorial
<https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-share-php-sessions-on-multiple-memcached-servers-on-ubuntu-14-04>
from DigitalOcean is explains it very comprehensively.

Hi,
I am having an magento based setup.

with 1 LB --> 2 webserver --> 1 Db server

Currently sessions are storing on Web1 (under memcache) its Single Point of
failure. How to avoid this ??
