[Ilugc] setting up Iqara Broadband connection in Linux

RP-PPPoE has a TCL/Tk based gui called tkpppoe, with which you can
easily configure and use. tkpppoe is usually found in the "gui" source
directory. Of course, you would run tkpppoe like this:
# wish tkpppoe
