1. chmod rightly.
2. add samba users / passwords rightly.
3. configure samba password according to the setting in windows. (password
encrypted or not). If its too confusing leaving it for default settings.
4. try mounting win2k share in linux (mount -t smbfs -o
username=_WHATEVER_,password=_WHATEVER_ <share> <mount point>). (i'm not
very sure which comes first, the share or the mount point)

I have a fully shared folder in my home dir.
Why am i not able to copy and paste files
in my shared folder from a windows machine ?
It say permission denied.
Howto allow full access ?
