I haven't used it, the link above was from a web search. Why do you
prefer it to GNU Screen?
haven't used screen - but even on a laptop tmux gives me 4 panes that I can
use all at the same time - I suppose screen does the same? Now to buy a 21
inch monitor and link it to the laptop - then my desktop will look like a star
wars control panel!
