[Ilugc] urpmi - installing from the net?

Hi,

Just migrated to Mandrake 10. Had been using Xandros OCE until now.
One question: Does'nt urpmi support installing new packages from the
net along with the dependencies? I used to like the 'apt' provided
with debian (and Xandros) and was quite convenient to look for new
packages and install then without any problems.
